These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shadows Private Club website and your membership. By using this site or joining, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to access this website, purchase a membership, or attend the club. By entering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Membership

Membership is a revocable license to attend the club under our rules. It is personal to you, non-transferable, and may be declined, suspended, or revoked at our discretion, including for conduct that violates our house rules or the comfort and safety of others.

House rules and conduct

All guests must follow our Rules & Dress Code and the direction of staff at all times. Consent and respect are required. Harassment, illegal activity, and unwanted contact are strictly prohibited and are grounds for removal without refund.

Byob and premises

Shadows is a BYOB venue. You are responsible for your own conduct and consumption. We may refuse entry or service to anyone.

Payments and refunds

Membership fees and ticket prices are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Payments are processed by third-party providers subject to their own terms.

Assumption of risk and liability

You attend the club and events voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shadows Private Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, your membership, or your attendance.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or access areas you are not authorized to use.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or your membership after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law
