This Membership Agreement is entered into between you and Shadows Private Club when you join. Please read it carefully.

Private club

Shadows is a private members' club for adults in the lifestyle community. Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to attend, subject to this agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Rules & Dress Code.

Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that any information you provide is accurate.

Code of conduct

• Consent is mandatory. "No" is respected instantly and always. Never touch anyone or their belongings without clear permission.
• Respect other members' privacy. No photos, video, or recording on the premises. What happens at Shadows stays at Shadows.
• Discretion. Do not share the identity of other members or guests outside the club.
• Follow staff direction and house rules at all times.

Health and safety

You attend voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing and choices. You agree to behave lawfully and to treat staff, members, and guests with respect.

Fees

Membership fees are as shown at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Some events may have separate entry fees.

Termination

We may suspend or revoke membership at our discretion, including for any breach of this agreement or conduct that harms the club or its members. You may cancel your membership at any time from your member account.

Acknowledgment

By joining, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Membership Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Rules & Dress Code.
