• Enquiries you send through our contact form, and messages you send us directly.
• Payment information you provide when purchasing a membership or ticket. Card and account details are handled by our payment processors (such as PayPal); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Communication preferences, including whether you have opted in to marketing email or SMS.
• Website usage data collected through analytics cookies (for example Google Analytics), if enabled.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your membership and account.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide member support.
• To send you service messages (such as reservation confirmations, membership updates, and renewal reminders).

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to SMS, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Non-marketing service messages and marketing messages are separate opt-ins.

We keep membership records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as proof of membership and to meet our legal obligations. When you delete your account, we archive your record and unsubscribe you from mass email; you may request permanent deletion.
